Reports suggest the new My BMW app version 2.11.0 has enabled My Trips for many. Myself included.

How strange, Play Store and the IOS store both showing 2.11.0 on net and my phone.
Delete the app from your phone and re-download may work then.

Actually a couple of new useful (maybe) features with 2.11 too. A couple of new widgets, a walking route to your parked car and a more centralised "Electromobility" section. I'm mildly impressed.
Shame they didnt improve My Trips to make it even half useful though.

Working on mine since Android 13, just loaded the app which had updated also, car built Jan 2019 and running software 03/2021.50. Logged all trips since 1st of the month.

Mine is going in next week to have the software manually updated to 22-07 as nothing is happening over the air. I asked them to do it when it was in for a service last month but they didn't and service advisor was adamant that there wasn't an update for my car, I was adamant there was as Connected Drive had told me, but she wasn't budging so I had to leave before I lost my rag with her. Got another email off Connected Drive to confirm what I was told and eventually got it booked in to be done.

It's really difficult to understand the lack of knowledge of some of the service staff and technicians when it comes to iDrive/Connected services etc.

...and if it appears to be too difficult for them to understand how the hell are we supposed to??

Btw, I've seen a few people mentioning that the 07/2022 OTA update has dropped. No sign of it in mine though yet.

TBH I really can't be arsed to drive to the dealer and back (1 hour +) wait around for God knows how long, to get the software update.

Embarrassingly piss poor by BMW, these OTA updates.

I was about challenge BMW over the statement above because the car may have been manufactured in May 2019 but it was later registered in September 2019 and Connected Drive services usually start from the date for initial registration!

Today, the myBMW app updated on my iPhone to version 2.11.0 and Trips is working, again, with current data going back for two months!

Also a few weeks ago the iDrive asked me to accept new privacy terms which I did but I could not see any item for Trips. I will recheck.

BTW can an admin on here please help me to enable by old profile "carl_d"? I do not get any emails when resetting its password and nobody responds to my requests for help! Hence a new profile!

Out of interest, those who got the 2.11.0 Android app, which region have you set your playstore at? I could find the 2.11.0 APK online, but that's pulled off of the North American region (http://de.bmw.connected.mobile20.na/) and obviously the login doesn't work.
