Sharing a few pictures of my (Mineral Grey) M340i that was delivered a couple months ago as my first post on the forum.

I've been a lurker on here for a few months now but this forum was super helpful in my buying decision so thank you!

- The first 3 pictures are after a few days of driving around in rainy WA & before ceramic coating.
- The other 4 pictures are right after ceramic coating.

I for one welcome your inputs as you have driven yours some. Anything that you have learned that you can give those of us that haven't had ours as long?

These are the standard spec brakes.

I'm enjoying the vehicle dynamics. IMO it drives very smoothly.

The exhaust of my MY21 doesn't have the pops and crackles in Sport+ mode that the MY20 models have. I know others were upset by this but that hasn't been a major issue for me.

After a couple of weeks, I started hearing some pops from the H/K speakers like others have reported on here. It doesn't happen often but it's annoying enough that if it continues, I'll take it to the dealer/service.

Beautiful car and color combination. Just ordered my M340i two days ago and can't wait to take delivery of it. I do have a few questions about the ceramic coating. Is the whole car coated or just the front end? I know absolutely nothing about the topic and trying to expand my knowledge.

Nice car congratulations- Same color too here, love mineral gray, puts out a bit of blue hue mixed in the gray when you hit certain lighting conditions.

The whole car is ceramic coated. The coating used on the car is Ceramic Pro 9H and it came out really well. I'm sure there are other great coatings out there as well so this isn't a recommendation of that particular brand.

It might be worth looking into having a glass hydrophobic coating applied to the glass on the vehicle if you often drive in the rain. A surprise benefit I found was that with the coating on the glass, water rolls off the windshield while driving so wipers hardly get used.

Those are not the M Performance brakes.
