Car Feels "Floaty"

Just installed new wheels and tires on my m340 19x9
+20 front 25 rear. 235 40 19 265 35 19 rear .
And noticed after hard acceleration or speeds over 70 it feels like like the back wobbles. Almost if it was windy outside. The shop told me that the wheels were balanced and that the car might not like the tires. Currently running Yokohama advan apex V601 .
I'd doubt the tires alone would cause this much issue. Initial psi was 45 and I dropped them down to 37 .
Any help would be appreciated.

Tire side wall is not stiff enough. Try Michellin PS4S.

First thing to do is find a proper tyre shop to check the wheel balance. Even if it's slightly out, you'll feel it at speed.

Nothing wrong with Yokohama tyres. Certainly shouldn't behave like this

Check to be sure tires are not over inflated. Once had a cheap-o tire place inflate my tires to the pressure listed on the sidewalls of 55psi and felt the same way for me going over 70

Adjusted pressure to the numbers inside the door jam and all way better

Edit: looks like you did that already, nvm lol

Make sure wheels were torqued to spec. I had a shop not properly tighten down a bolt before and caused the wheel to wobble ever so slightly which caused a very similar sensation that you're mentioning

Maybe the spacers and bolts caused the problem. Check tire pressure also.

This. 100%

You picked the wrong tire. You really can't go better that the PS4S for this particular vehicle.

That said, it could also be as simple as what others have already mentioned: Things not tightened to spec.

Thanks for the responses
Getting it checked ASAP
I think the car doesn't have a proper alignment
It pulls to the Right side consistently

Simple trouble shooting questions to ask and answer.

Was the car floaty before the wheel change?
Did it pull before the change?
Did they adjust the alignment with your wheel change? If so, why?
