Have BMW prevented me from coding again

Ive searched on this forum for help on this matter but cant find anything.

Ive not done anything with car coding wise for 18 months, today ive gone into code my vehicle. And the only option am getting is the body domain controller option. (See pic)

Have you had an iDrive software update lately, and is your coding app up-to-date?

Yes it went in on Monday everything was wiped, it went in for an emu fault. App up to date

So trying to understand whats happened and what are my next steps. My car went in to the main BMW dealer to have some work done on Monday, its come out and all of my codes appeared wiped. So today i’ve tried using BimmerCode to code again, lots of errors when trying, you’ve seen my original post it looks like am limited to Body Domain Controller, but i cant even get into that, so in the end i’ve given up. However in the process the now my central instrument display has gone, i.e consumption etc. The speedo and rev counter is still present. How can i recover old settings as i stupidly reinstalled the BimmerCode app meaning I’ve lost all backups.

Am desperate for help on this please
