Bought an old Porsche...

Ok, so it's not that old that it's a proper classic yet but it does qualify for the Porsche Classic Register. It turns 20 later this year.

Was just in a position to buy something fun and have always fancied a Porsche, and particularly a 911 for the back seats for my daughter to be able to enjoy it as well.

54k miles, manual with short shift kit, sport seats. It actually feels pretty rapid as well.

Great looking 911 - I'd fancy a Porsche myself if the interior was a bit more tasteful, but again beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Looks lovely. I salute you.
Is this one of the age when taking a 911 out in the rain was backwards into a bush waiting to happen?

That is a beauty!

I delved into the Porsche world a few years ago, loved it but was always worried about bore score issues! Never had any issues with mine though.
