They’ll be ordering an LCI car

It’s just buthurt that something newer is out…

I’ve got a Pre LCI and an order in for the LCI.. why? Because the M340i is an awesome car
Absolutely not the case for me. I ordered an X3 simply because the interior has a shift knob, buttons for HVAC controls and the vehicle still has a hood over the speedometer like it should. If I had to pick a car again it wouldn't be the LCI 3. I probably would have switched to an Audi.

Look guys, if the public accepted the g80 with (imo) the awful front design..... I don't have a doubt that the average consumer will keep buying the 3 series no matter how it looks.....

To me the fixed ipad also called ID8, no shift knob, mild hybrid, etc is just a transition to a EV....

I heard the term Nancys I and laughed a lot but... Being honest a person that buy a específica car brand, follow a forum, post and reply comment's.... Most probably is not a grandma that bought a bmw just because it was the only thing available in the market..... Keeping things real, bmw is letting their usual consumers down and betting on another public...

I don’t really understand the uproar over the lack of the shift knob. It’s an automatic with paddle shifters. I get having a place to put your hand, and it feels “sporty” but I just don’t see the issue.

It's most likely because a lot of the automatic drivers like to 'bop' the shifter to up/down shift instead of using the paddles.

In my F80, I used the gearshift to +/- about 33% of the time instead of paddles. I, however, won't miss it on this car.

Makes no sense to me, if you want to shift with a handle, get a manual...

Hoping to see some non Msport cars in black or skyscraper grey here soon, as suspect the bumpers on the msport car for me are too much to look at. But non msport looks very elegant, especially with 19in rims.

The factory paddles on pre-LCI are awful for cornering, way way too short. If they're bigger on the LCI cars then it makes sense.

Also not a fan of the massive fangs on the LCI rear bumper.
Having said this ^ and after seeing some new LCIs in the flesh now, I might have been converted. I think i'm convinced they look quite snazzy driving past.

I think they are the same on the LCI but you can get extended paddles that clip into the factory paddles. I will probably end up replacing them completely with nicer ones eventually.

I know… it's so stupid that people care about that. I drove a manual all my life and I haven't even bought the 3 LCI and couldn't care less. Will it stop from buying a 3? No. It's just people being resistant to change. Period.

Secondly, it's a car… it will get you from point A to point B. If these are the problems and decisions that people have to make in their life, they should consider themselves lucky.

Don't like it, go buy an Audi. Have fun with those driving dynamics. 😂
