Hey guys,
Quick question and see if anybody has any answers. Got my carismo steering wheel in looks beautiful, go to install it everything lines up perfectly but when I go to reconnect the battery and start the car the M1 M2 cruise control and microphone buttons all are not working. All I get is a message in the instrument cluster saying cannot be activated. No error codes are being reported. Anyone have any thoughts or input on this?

Did you just trying driving around for a little bit ? This happens after the battery is disconnected and reconnected, need to drive a little before the m1/m2 buttons work again.

Dude you are a total lifesaver. That's all it took. I must have taken this thing apart three or four times to double-check connections and grounds and everything. Thank you thank you thank you

My M2 (full send everything) won't activate sometimes until I've driven a couple miles or the car is starting to get warm.

How miles did you have to drive mine is doing the same thing and giving me a Driver Assistance support reduced error

This is something else in all likelihood - what kind of wheel did you install? Is it actually compatible with acc?

(I got this message when the acc in my aza wheel wasn't working properly, eventually had to bypass it with an acc hod module.)

Same thing happened to me when I swapped out the wheel on my ‘22 X3MC. Just took about a mile of driving for them to start working. I was shitting my pants when I saw those warnings and my M1 and M3 presets were not working.
