I have a 2020 G20 and every 1/4 times i turn my car on the music skip buttons on the right side of the steering wheel just dont work

was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if there are any fixes?

I’ve been having this problem randomly too. It appeared out of nowhere after my latest OTA update (11/2023.50). In addition, the ff/rw don’t work on the dash by the shortcut buttons.

If I need to change the song, I either use the idrive controller or touch screen (I hate touching the screen though ). Rebooting also gets them started working again

It seems like a bug with the latest software. I’ve fixed it by restarting idrive by holding the volume/power button.

Have a similar issue where the scroll wheel won't register up/down scrolling intermittently. Of course, it's just random enough to where the dealer said they couldn't replicate

Same. CarPlay on 07.2023.
