Trunk Controller Unit

Has anyone had an issue with the trunk opener control unit floating around in the bumper cover? I noticed the one on my car just sitting there pulling on its wiring. I am sure it mounts somewhere but it isn't obvious. Anyone know where it mounts? The car is a 2020 M340.
