That front end is going to look horrible with a US style front plate...

Damn, BMW really be out there wildin with grills... That's "a defining feature" for sure, you'll know it's a BMW like 10 blocks over. I bet it'll have an illuminated grill too, for that heritage!

So the leak from before with the horizontal slats was definitely the G8x M3/M4.

Someone a few weeks ago had a nice render of a single unit grill...it was very Audi-esque but also very aggressive at the same time. It actually got a lot of positive comments.

This could work...especially if the G8x front end is aggressive enough.

G8x already leaked.

Looks like larger openings for more cooling.

It’s potential lies in the proportions and lines. If it is a smaller and sharper shaped 8 series it will be a great looking car with any grill.

Getting ready for 50 pages of polarized opinions

hood line (really BMW?!?)

Looks like an Audi single frame grill except done worse, although shockingly looks close to concept, but front plates will look terrible.

Taillights look like Q60, not surprised, and the kink is likely missing. Has a weird and ugly mini spoiler like the M8.

Swing and miss, glad I got my 2.

This one is not made for the US, the front bracket is too wide.

Then, for this to be a 440i/440d, wouldn't the tips be trapezoids, like on the 340i?

Unless this is a non 'm' version.
