Are they going to have 3 types of grills, one that integrate the European licence plate, one for the north american licence plate and one without licence plate? Otherwise I don't get how they will manage to get the same look for the car on all markets?

So the License plate holder ruins the entire aesthetic of the large intake- basically creating two random grill sets- one on top, one on the bottom. Incoherent and awful.

I guess the original designers just forgot about the license plate laws.

The rear fender is looking super goofy. Not sure what this reminds me off, maybe a chrysler 300. It comes out from the body way too high up and then is just flat with the wheel well. Yuck.

Based on these new pics I'm going to go against the wave and hope for the best! I'm starting to think the new M's will look good or at least will grow on me. At first I didn't care for the F's as a successor to the E's but now there is an F80 collecting dust in my garage because I'm told not to go anywhere.

I had planned to replace my 2er ragtop with the upcoming 4er ragtop (grandkids getting to large for the 2er rear seats), but I can't see laying out $85-$90 large for something that "will take a bit of getting used to".
