Navigation maps and destination settings

My sales rep set navigation to use Google Maps, which I've used frequently. I like it, but I can't save or call Destinations functions without signing in to my BMW account, which I do with my phone. It apparently doesn't save my BMW account credentials with my driver profile. So I have to log in to BMW and scan the code every time I want access my destinations. Is there easier way that I haven't found? Thanks!
