I’m not being picky or anything (maybe OCD).... but the front wheel arch appears to be too big. Won’t really look good lowered or with more rubber IMO

This picture makes the vehicle look very large...(long). Has it been released how much longer the g80 is compared to the f80?

These vehicles just keep growing!!!

1. Because they want to hide distinct body panels for the full reveal or could have prototype body panels on.

2. Yes, literally every other manufacturer does this.

Of note, close inspection shows the Euro-required wheel arch extenders in the rear. Note the shadow on the rear tire. Super-wide tires that bulge out of the wheel well create this requirement in Europe.

FEP or Final Evaluation Phase hence the camo reduction but Scott26 could pop in an correct me on this phase.

Yes, these were also visible in the IoM green M3 teaser photo BMW released a few weeks ago. I hadn't been paying close enough attention and didn't realize that these had become a thing. On the plus side, they seem to be easy to remove (and M2 CS owners have done just that).

Why do they require these extenders?

BMW should of stayed with horizontal style grill and be creative around it. Instead they gave reigns on design to seniors with flashbacks of their early 1900's days.

These look better than the 666M wheels. Of course they'll be 5x112 like all CLAR-based BMW models, which is lame

I agree they look better than the 666M wheels... much more concavity and depth to them.

IMO the wheels can be changed to what ever I want no issue there. Side and rear is pretty cool. Front is just so dam fugly. I tried to come to terms with it guys!!!! I tried... I'll have to stick with the f80 for awhile.
