I worded that poorly. I think all 3 can be explained. The first bang on the window sounded exactly like a bird hitting the window. Just why did it happen in the middle of the night? The second could have been my mom crying and I should have probably asked her. But you know, I really didn't think it was. The scene of the woman crying and the glow of light above her didn't seem right. If the kitchen light was on, then the whole room would have lit up, not like a spotlight. Lastly, the chains? I guess I could have been hearing things, but it was so damn clear and I was so awake staring at the attic door.

Of the three, I feel most confident that the window incident was a bird. I mean, if it wasn't - what the hell!? What satan trying to break my window down? Maybe a robber? I do feel like the woman and the chains was something paranormal. But I can't be sure of any of it.

I think the one he could explain was the first one, he believed it could have been a bird flying into the window.

Still a bit creepy that a bird would fly straight into an object like that. Especially because the window wasn't see-through since the curtains were drawn shut.
