Any reason for not considering the black shadowline package with the Black grills and front inserts and black side mirror caps, and black exhaust tips?

Thanks!! The Australian M340i (well most BMW models actually), come pretty highly spec'd as standard. For example, here are the actual optional extras on my model, with the rest being standard:
- Exclusive Package (Full Merino Leather, Acoustic Glazing)
- M Technology Package (upgraded drivetrain cooling system, increased front disc size from 17" to 18", M seat belts)
- BMW Drive Recorder
- BMW Gesture Control
- Tyre Pressure Monitor

I am actually not a fan of the blacked out trim that most people get, just not for me. Black looks cool but I like the contrast of Cerium Grey. Until I collected mine, I had never seen cerium grey as all the dealers continuously spec demo and new stock with the blacked out grilles and rims.

For me, Cerium Grey looks great especially on vibrant colours. Keeping it! Seems I was the only one into it, glad that's not the case haha! Yeah couldn't agree with you more on matching the 792M rims! One discovery, they're totally matte finish, I didn't realise until I saw it IRL.

Really helpful as well as I am in the process of ordering with the Full Merino as well, and trying to decide between the open-pored oak trim one of the less obnoxious aluminum trims (mesh effect aluminum probably). I was worried that the oak would be too dark for the interior.

How are you getting on with the Merino leather, 1+yr on? What’s involved in the maintenance?
