I recently picked up a 2021 M340i xDrive with Adaptive M suspension that came with 19" squared 791M w/ run flats and looking to get a new set up but am a noob.

I found a set of squared 19x8 792M. From what I read, the ideal tire size would be 235/40/19's?

I also found a set of stock supra wheels in my area and read that they wouldn't require spacers and would be perfect for a staggered setup? What tires would I be running with this setup and does it clear since I have the adaptive suspension?

I'm torn between the two and want flush fitment, ideally without spacers, and maintaining the health of my xdrive system.

Any recommendations and pictures would be appreciated
