While it does apply to 21s if you read the fine print it doesn't seem to apply to BMWFS leases. I was unfortunately just shown this while talking about my deal with the broker.

“ Special BMW Incentive offer is valid at any authorized BMW Center in the United States. Cash incentives are not applicable for vehicles leased/financed through BMW Financial Services”

This has always been the case. The higher dollar amount does not apply, but there has been a $500 incentive that still applies. Are you saying this is not the case? What broker are you working with?

I had just contacted Dan Knight from above earlier today.

Also working with a broker off LeaseHackr. Both are offering 9% but without any incentives thats still not great.

Yes, discounts are tight right now. We have to hope incentives get better. Are you a Penfed member? If so, have you actually generated the offer code? I recall previously the fine print also mentioned something about the $500 discount, regardless of lease or not.

Phew, glad that still is a thing. It's not the full $2500, but $500 is still $500!

BMW select is at .9% right now. May be a good alternative to leasing for anyone who wants to own. I did it on my old M3 at .9 and it was nice.
