i have 20's....10.5 wide on rear and im running 245/30 front and 295/30 rear and when i put it into traction control, it doesnt accelerate. It was running fine with 235/35 and 275/30 but once i went to 295/30, it started acting funny. Feels like the ABS is off or the sensors arent working and its lagging super bad....know idea what to do other than possibly look into having someone reprogram something so it runs properly b/c the tires arent rubbing and look great!

If you do run 245/30 front and 295/30 rear then it might be easily the different diameter of wheels on front vs. real axle which confuses x-drive. Web calculator says 4,7 % for your set which is far beyond the allowed 1% or so. Google it But when it comes to the 235/35 and 275/30, the diameter is exactly the same ...

so, if i got 245/35 in the front, the difference would only be .08 and then my car would drive normal again?

I wouldnt drive it if youre xdrive, you will destroy your distrubution box into pieces in no time with your current setup. If you havent alredy damaged it

.08% difference in diameter between front and rear would be fine. No issues with that.

Possibly, you may have already done irreparable damage with your current setup. I would get something else on the car ASAP, though. Either a square setup or something like what you mentioned changing to.

I decided to get in contact with Michelin to be sure. According to them, recommend pressures are 36 front and rear for 235/40/19 and 265/35/19.

Just wanted to let you all know.

my wheels are 20", but yes they recommend a lower pressure but for me this is what i like best.

Which is better; chrome rims or polished aluminum wheels? I plan on replacing the wheels on my F90 and I can't decide which finish will look good on my car.

That's really subjective. I've always disliked chrome, but love the polished/brushed look.

This was my car back in the day with chrome wheels. Dont let the brake dust bake on them. The chrome will start to chip away and look ugly.
You don't really see chrome these days on a luxury sports car but it's really your preference. A polished aluminum almost looks like chrome.

From a performance standpoint there chrome is worse. In general, chrome rims are the heaviest wheels out there so you’ll never see them on a race car.

Still got a couple things to do but here it is for now! Pretty happy with how it looks... a little different than most g20 wheel setups. Also shoutout to TheDudeMan for finding out about this fitment !

For anyone running 8.5" + fronts- I was having issues w the PS4 tires throwing debris/gravel and was tearing up my rocker panels. Car was ceramic coated brand new so I'd like to keep it that way if possible.

Bought the front mud flaps and installed tonight from Tommy L garage as he has them for G20 now. I was really hoping to not go this direction, but FWIW, they are low profile enough to blend in w my PB M340. Would recommend to anybody who's OCD like myself about these things.

Will post pics in another thread this week if anyone is interested!
