Can't Get Settings to UnCheck Speed Conversion

Hey there all,

First post (and first BMW). Just bought a 2019 330xi with the fully digital cockpit display. For the life of me I can't get the speedometer to ONLY display MPH instead of MPH on top and Km below it. In the settings, the converted speed is checked but not highlighted. When I touch or scroll over it I can't use the check/ uncheck feature. All the other items allow me to check/ uncheck. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would simply try rebooting iDrive by holding down the volume knob until the displays shut down and restart (around 30-45 seconds). This often resolves these types of issues.

Thank you. That did not work. Was on phone with the dealer, and they are stumped. They can't get any other car to do the same thing. I assume everyone else here can get their car to display MPH only for the digital readout?

Mine was MPH only till I changed it to show both. But then, my car is running an ancient version of the idrive software.

I would log out from your current driver profile, log in as a guest and see if it behaves the same way, then log back in.
