Anyone know what this code is? Not sure when it started showing up cause I don’t check the my codes often, but recently had a flex fuel sensor installed so I was checking codes and saw this. Ignore the exhaust valve code.

Did you ever find out I keep getting the same error intermittent. Don’t believe my car had the optional ionizer as I don’t see it in the menu

No, but it is an inactive code so it doesn’t affect the car at all. Seems to be a normal thing for unlocked ecus from what I’ve seen.
