OEM wheel and Sottozero 3 RFT for 2700 a good deal?

Nice OEM wheels with pirelli Sottozero 3 runflats for 2700. Seem like a decent deal? 225/45/18.

Another question, the dealer is saying I should move to a staggered setup for better handling. Wants to sell me some black oem wheels with 225 up front and 255 in back. Any reason this is a good idea?
