I'm curious what they're are worth. It looks like JDM imports them but they don't list the prices. I found a very similar on in the UK on Piston Heads for 38K (Pounds)

My dad sold his 93 last year with 45k miles for $20k. He probably could have made out a little better, but he was having trouble getting basic parts for it and is 78, so getting in and out of it was getting to be a challenge.

A clean, stock Spirit R Type A will go for around $65-70K. The cleanest USDM 93-95 FDs change hands for around $50K. That's about what I paid for mine, but I have it insured for $125K.

Post a pic of yours if you don't mind. I've always thought they were a great car. When ever I see one I have to stop and check it out. I don't think I want to give up the 993 to get one.

Jesus, when I picked mine up about 5 years ago you could get a clean FD for about $15k.

That's a bit of a stretch, but sure. The market values of clean 90s cars have gone up significantly across the board over the last 5 years. People in their 30s are buying the cars that meant something to them when they were a kid.

Ever think a '91 Prelude would sell for $30K?

Here is mine - currently back in the shop to get a custom dash with AEM CD7. Built Tranny, and a couple more odds and ends.

I have always loved FD's ever since they were introduced in 93.

What's the typical price for a clean (with some normal flaws) stock 93-95 that doesn't need reconditioning and ready to drive on the weekends?

A good driver that would be trouble-free with minimal headache after mild conditioning goes for about $30K. For a collector-level car that needs absolutely nothing and has fairly low miles, north of $45k.

I got the latter and it has been nothing but pure, absolute joy. This car I am definitely keeping longer than any other car I have...and those are the latest super cars money buys.
