Question 2020 m340i pricing

Hey all,

Joined the forum as I am hoping to close a deal on 2020 m340i.

37xxx miles
Adaptive Suspension
Laser Lights
Driver Assist (Pro)
Parking Assistance Plus
Comfort Access

This hits pretty much all the must-have's on my list, asking price $45k.

How in-line is pricing with spec in this market? Anything I should look for in 2019 build?

Thank you.

Lasers are worth every dollar to me. Makes the car stand out vs standard 3 series. also, they are a ton to retrofit. I have never seen them on another M340i in my area (ive only ever seen 2).

Assisted Drive pro is one of the standout features that I got lucky on when I got my used 2020 m340i. I love the fact you can just hit one button and the car for the most part drives itself. Super useful in traffic jams or if you just want to relax on any trip.

I say go for it.

Appreciate the feedback!

Quickly looking over service intervals, assuming they haven't been done (outside of oil change)

Differential + Transfer case and Brake Fluid (3 to 5yrs) should be the only things coming up? Have you had anything go wrong or has the B58 been reliable?

Very reliable, although mine is '22 but the B58 has a reputation as being pretty bulletproof. I think BMW recommends brake fluid every 2 years. I'd do the differential at 50K mi. Don't know about transfer case as mine is RWD.

One of the things that held me back from 2021 + is missing Auto Start/Stop button to shut off, this can be removed through software on newer models if I am correct?

If it has no stop/start “off” button , BimmerCode cannot currently turn off ASS under all driving modes. This limitation happened after the last 2023 BMW software update. However, you can still code it to start in sport individual with ASS turned off.

If you do have the on/off button you should be able to code it to remember the last state of the button (off), but I have a newer vehicle and cannot verify that coding.

I don't mind pressing it every time I get in, used to it on my F150... shutting it off permanently would be a bonus
