Cheap interior mods

These are definitely love it or hate it type things but I wanted to show what some of the AliExpress interior parts look like when fitted.

I ordered some of the ABS plastic trim surrounds for the headlight switches, radio controls and the cup holder area.

I really wish BMW put trim around these areas in the factory so that they fitted in with the rest of the interior.

Quite happy with how they look and the quality of them is pretty good too. They almost look OEM.

Has anyone else done any of these mods?

Ive done the headlight switches trim, and agree it's probably something that should be by default.

First imprssions of trim around radio controls are pretty good. Any chance of a photo from further back to give a bigger overall picture?

Sorry, but I'm afraid I'm not too keen on the cup holder surround.

Sure - will take a pic from further back later for you.

I do know what you mean on the cup holder one though - I’m still not 100% on it - it was only £4 though so waiting to see if I get used to it and if not I’ll remove it.

I did them minus the cup holders. The dash seems incomplete without them. Good fit and finish with adhesive that has been stood the test of time since November 2019.
