I have a 330i rwd, get 20-22 mpg on average. Only has 900 miles I might have to break it in more.

I am getting around 19mpg on average on my M340XI with one highway trip of around 230 miles. Driving in sports individual all time with manual shifting. Just crossed 1300 miles on the car.

Who cares? If I buy a high performance car fuel economy is not in my vocabulary, I don't know why this would be a concern.

Just like if I eat a delicious cream cake, I never ever think of the calories

How do you people get 20mpg with a "lead foot" in the city?

I got 9.7MPG when i got the car and now at about 12.2MPG.

I drive in sport + (with comfort steering and suspension mode) 99% of the time.

500 km trip on the highway with the cruise set at 125 km/h. I averaged 6.8 L/100 km.
Done this same trip a few times and it's always been 6.8 L/100 km.

Just drove Sydney to Byron Bay in my 330i G20. Distance was 760 km. Comfort mode at speed limits using adaptive cruise control with automatic steering. Averaged 110km/hr on the freeway sections and had to drop to between 80 and 100 km/hr on the roadwork sections. Car achieved 5.6 l/100km for the trip. Remaining range when I reached my destination was still 248 km. Very pleased.

This is where I am hitting every week, I too am around 2100 miles. Granted I only work 3 miles away, so in that 3 miles I am in sport individual the entire time.

Currently at 4000 miles and mpg has improved to over 21 commuting in heavy traffics. This is a fuel efficient car.

It really is, my father keeps saying that it is impossible for my car to do 21mpg city and 30 highway with the kind of performance this car does. I just think he is still bitter about the time I smoked his 2015 Camaro SS w/ 1LE package. So when ever I stop by his house, I make sure he hears my exhaust. LOL

1500 miles, city/highway 70/30. My car had a total average mileage of 28.x mpg. In comparison, my B9 A4 at the same mileage did only 22.x mpg. At 20,xxx miles, it did an average of 25.x mpg. Definitely great mileage on the 330xi.
