Try and sign out of the app, delete and install again and sign back in see if that helps.

Another thing you can try, do you have all the privacy settings ticked in the iDrive menu?

I have exactly the same issue. Connecteddrive said "Your software needs updating as although car built mid October it has July software"
Its now on November. No change, or Alexa, or Google Maps send to car. Brilliant.

Can you tell me where the privacy settings are?
In the idrive memo go to car>settings>general settings>scroll down to data and devices>select data privacy and ensure all service incl analysis is selected

May not work but worth a try.

This has never worked for me. The Portal on ConnectedDrive is a joke. In cockpit settings you have an option to “Set departure time” (330e)click on to it and you only have the option to “Precondition now”
So surprised that BMW have released this without snagging it first.

The web portal stats has never worked for me. BMW seriously need to sort their software testing process out. The fact that many of the problems we're reporting are common across ALL vehicles is pretty piss poor. Guessing they may have outsourced it to someone... :-(

I checked the settings, they are exactly as you have said. I still have no data of any kind

Or Alexa
Or Google Maps send to car

I just get nowhere with Connecteddrive. "A case has been sent to Germany". they say. I am sure it has.

Couldn’t use “Climitise now” function on the App again this morning. Message instantly came up as “Failed”
I did manage to start climatisation via the diamond button on the key.

The whole “Connected” experience is such a schlep.

Tried, tried & tried again and still nothing. What's more annoying is that the other half decided to have the app on her phone & now I can't log in at all on mine.

Only one connected drive account can have the vin number associated to it. If your wife put the vin in her app then that may be why you can’t log on.
