Does anyone know if the below will work on a 2020 218d M Sport and if so what would I need do the heating and paddle shifters will work?

Find the part number of the wheel in the pictures, or ask the seller, put the part number into realoem.com and see if it fits your car.
Getting shifters and heating to work could be dead simple or difficult but it will be do-able.
