What gains would you expect to get from the following mods?

VRSF Intercooler & Charge Pipe Upgrade
AWE Tuning Mid Pipe
Red Star Exhaust USA 200 Cell Catted Mid Pipe
JB4 (stage 2/3 due to limiting to 91 octane)

What about exhaust note with stock exhaust?

Imo you don't need half of this if your just running JB4, you may only see like 30-40 hp out of it. I would save your money and get an actual tune

AWE don't offer a midpipe separate for the M440

VRSF don't offer an intercooler for your car

You got the wrong list.

I recommend you get the Jb4 and active autowerke downpipe for max gains, the rest of the stuff will not add much power.

FWIW I have had my m340i for 1 month and I love modding cars too. BUT

Why not get it, drive it, get bored of the power, do TONS of "Searching" and research on here over the next few months, as in many forums for platforms that have been around for a few years many iterations of trial and error has been addressed, and then decide the route you want to go with your build?

I think Mike’s suggestion is a good one for power gains, considering you don’t want to do an ecu tune.

Beyond that, I would figure out your goals before spending lots of money. For instance, if you want 450whp AND want to use the car on track days (extended sessions curvy race track not 1/4 mile) then you should prioritize cooling mods.

If you just want 450whp to improve 1/4 mile and/or street performance then you probably don’t need intercooler and cooling upgrades.
