Help! Can't get my car out of a ramp!

Hi there,

So, I put my new 330e in my ramp, and now it wont get out.
Problem is that in the beginning of it there is a muddy sand bank. Just to make this clear, I can stand on it and will not "drown".
But when the back wheels get to it, one starts spinning and the car get's stuck.
I tried my best to make the car go slow, but as soon as the wheels get to the muddy sand bank, they start spinning like crazy and dig a small hole.
Already tried to enable "traction" mode (click one on DSC button) and both electric or gasoline. Also tried to use a carped and some wood, but the car still spins and moves then out of the way.
Any idea how to get out of this?

Thanks

Well i don't know anything about muddy sand banks... but when you have icy conditions, the trick is to apply very softly the accelerator but gain as much as speed possible... ECO PRO is very good in delaying your accelerator response.

Maybe that's the way to go?

Tow hook + strap + a good tug if it’s really that stuck. Another thing to try is slightly pressing the brakes and gas pedals and the same time.

If it’s your area then put down some crushed stone.

Thank you all for your suggestions.
Unfortunately nothing seems to work.
Will have to call a tow to get it out.

Ok, this was were I got my car stuck:

The sandy bit got very wet due to heavy rain.
I was able to get it out after the weather got better, without using a tow.

(By the way, I put the car there because we are currently fixing this ramp, and had to try it before we finalize it with cement)
