Ambient Lighting keeps going back to default?

Strange.. I've set my ambient to blue and brightness to max, but every time I restart the car the it would go back to the default orange. But every other settings for my car remain the same. Anyone know why?

Looks like if I use my key fob and un-sync/disactivate my iDrive profile and then my ambient light will remember its settings.
