I keep getting low sattelite even though I have my draggy on my dash… where do you guys place yours? Its an invalid run, but ehh decent time. Mods are CTS turbo catless downpipe, stock 18 inch wheels, runflats on 225s all around, RWD and custom e-85 tune. This tune is not done and still getting dialed in.

I place it on sunroof frame. Since it's made of steel, the magnet firmly keeps it in place and the signal is great.

Best 1/4 mile was 12.86s during the winter before I had the downpipe. Summer time the car runs 13.0s. I still need to do a 1/4 mile run with the dp, which I just installed a few days ago along with the Michelin tires. All my 1/4m passes were on the stock Bridgestone Turanza All season RFT.

From 100-200km/h, the car did 13.06s without the dp. 12.73s with the dp. The dragy shows invalid on the 12.7s run due to a neg slope but both runs were on the same road and it’s actually on a slight incline. It’s on the same stretch of road I do my 1/4mile runs.

I did my fastest time from 100-200km/h at 12.47s. Cooler temperature is definitely a major factor. Also, I learned manually shifting yields faster time from 100-200 for me. I usually start at 3rd gear then shift at 6k into 4th and 5th, then 5.5k into 6th. I tried different shift points and this works the best for my car. Slope is invalid but it was the same road I ran 12.7s. I still have to find a safe level road near me to do over 125mph but I am sure I will pretty much get the same time.

330eJL not sure do you remember me? I use 530e LCI. Last year we talked about JB4 adjusting to avoid the throttle closure.

Last month I did Femto unlock (took out JB4) and did a custom tune via Bootmod3. Now my car us around 430-435whp on dyno. Torque is crazy 774Nm. Boost is around 20psi all the way

Yeah I remember you. Must be fun driving your car now. Femto unlock and custom tune is definitely the way to go. I would do it if I didn’t have to ship my DME overseas.

330eJL The car has a crazy amount of torque right now, 774Nm. When I launch with Launch Control, the wheels spin and I get a bad time. I need to set the reduce torque by gear in gears 1 and 2 and do dragy again.

Maybe I’ll do it on this weekend hahaha

330eJL 1/4 result is not good due to wheel spin. I think if I can launch control with no wheel spin like when I used JB4, time will be much better.

Your trap speed definitely indicates your car can go much faster without wheelspin. I’m guessing it can do mid 11’s or even lower.

When you do 0-100 or 1/4, how do you launch your car? Launch Control, brake boost or just release brake and push pedal?

After remap, launch control is not good any more. Wheel spin a lot.

I brake boost but my car doesn’t have that much power to wheelspin much.

I didn’t use LC. Just brake boost. No to very little wheel spin!! Very happy with the result :

Nice!! I think your car can hit under 12s, especially in the right conditions. Maybe at around 15C - 20C weather. Any way you can log your 1/4 mile run?
