What dealer contributions nowadays would you expect to be a good deal?

The couple of new stock M340is on the BMW UK site at the moment have just over £5K contributions on them. If I were you I'd drop Tony Lewis at Berry BMW a line if you haven't already (trldeals@outlook.com). No affiliation with him apart from being a happy customer, but he beat the above and any other deal I was offered when I bought last year.

What Car is currently showing a Target Price on the M340i equivalent to a 13% discount so that should certainly be achievable. In his recent thread Funboy78 quotes a price of £58.5k on a RRP of £68k so about a 14% discount.

Sure just got a 16.4% so went with that - order placed today for maybe August delivery

Correct. Exact discount currently on M340i / M340d is 13.7% and this was using Carwow to open the doors then calling the dealers direct.

The fact the OP got even more, well done him!

Sounds great, i managed 15.72% discount last October G21 M340. This was on an an order value of £63945, finally paid £53887.89 and i thought that was great at the time.

Real cost to changed had gone up a little from the original order in May due to the crash in part ex prices last Sept/Oct.

Dundee did well, as did Berry Heathrow (Tony).

But took those deals to my local one, Cotswolds and they matched it / a little more.

I got about 16% off with BMA Berry Croydon (TRL’s partner) on an April build G21 with all the packs and a few more extras. My local dealer wouldn’t even offer half that and also a September build slot.

All those that have ordered recently/have cars coming soon, are you not worried about the mini refresh on the 3 series due to come in June/July?

It's what put me off ordering one for the moment but maybe I need to not worry too much about it, however its hard to do when the used M340i prices seem to be dropping gradually it seems.

AFAIK some cosmetic changes / options e.g. you will apparently be able to order light up kidney grilles if you’d like it to look like you’re driving up and down a 1980s high street in a blinged-up Nova. Mechanically there may be a revised MHT system with a bit more power that is integrated with the gearbox.Not sure if there’s anything else major.

Orders will need to be open for that, so based on the other thread it'll be around July. Also forgot to say, based on the other thread it looks like the revised engine / mild hybrid system is US / Korea only at first, not sure when we'll see that here.

I'm interested in a 340d, any insight to the availability? numbers due for production?

local dealer says have one at pre production 1200, can still alter spec but are 'this is the last' when I ask about discount!
