Error code 12B701 for 02 sensor

At what mileage might an 02 sensor normally go out?

Is it normal to have one go bad?

Yes its normal for a sensor to go bad, it happens.

If your car is tuned & not tuned well, running a rich A/F mixture can cause O2's to go bad much sooner than usual.

Thanks for the info. Would an untuned car with a catted downpipe have the same possibility?
