Interior Upgrades: M Badging (New to forum)
Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and a about to be new proud owner of a Portimao Blue M340iX with all the trimmings, including MPE.
I spent the last two days going over a lot of the posts here and super excited to get the car and really start modding and enjoying it. I came across a buddy of mine who got the new M8 Comp and thought...is there any way to get the M8 Comp Shift Knob on a M340i? Or even something close to that? I don't think the M340i gets enough M badging on the interior. Here's what I mean: Also, has anyone gotten a M performance Decal on to the piece of platic below the iDrive wheel? In the new M3 Comp, it has a M decal on it. Is that available anywhere, in carbon fibre maybe? I'll post pictures and more once I get the car! Thanks again everyone. |

I'd want those tacky M badges in the interior removed, not added!

I think those M badges belong in the real M models and would only look out of place in your car.
Not that they add any value to the driving experience in an M8 either... |

Welcome and congrats on the new M340i.
Easy fix for lack of ///M badging, trade in the M340i for a ///M3 The ///M3 Competition designation below the iDrive controller isn't a decal. It's etched in the trim piece, you'll need to swap out the trim or find knock-off decals on eBay.
