I like the rear of the G20, but the front, man... the grille just doesn't sit well with me

The F30 looks a lot better in pictures. The G20 looks good in person but plump and round in photos. I would never pay $50k plus for a four banger 3-series. That should be a $35k car max.

I actually do too, I think the blacked out M340i grille is the best you can get at the moment, it looks a lot less plasticky then the 330i grille, and not like an AMG grille of the standard copper.

I hope I can afford a M340i when my lease is up, it's more attractive in every way to me then the new 330i.

I think that the G looks like perhaps a love child of the Lexus and F80... but if you ask me which parent it looks like the most .. it's NOT Mommy Lexus. It's Daddy F80.

I typically buy new but with these kind of prices the slightly used ones look so much more attractive now than before.

Back to the the original topic I do find that the front looks kind of off (perhaps its the grill that I can't still can't get by). Color wise, the Portimao Blue gets my vote.

Agree on the color, BMW seems to nail the blues. Just for laughs I'm curiously awaiting the price of the "fake M340" should be a doozy👍

I like Estoril Blue color better than the new one. F30 looks more fit and athletic, other than that G20 is better in every other way.

I don't care if it is made in Mexico if BMW puts the cost savings back into the car instead of bigger margins. If BMW puts the money and improves reliability and the way the car drives. As long as QC is checked thoroughly. It can't be much worse than the bunch who voted for Trump in Spartanburg South Carolina.

Prices up in U.K. which will hurt volumes. Not only the higher prices a problem but in U.K. depreciation is now pretty savage due to discounting and drive for volume. Not a great business model.

Why pay a lot more per month for a car that doesn't look so good although might drive a bit better. Time to look at other options

It looks cheap because it looks like nothing in the lineup? Man I was just thinking good for BMW that they didn't take MB's route and just scale everything. I like that the models look slightly different. I would not like it to look like the 5er or the 7 as the 5er looks too simple and not dynamic and the 7 looks like ass.

I think you were quoting the first poster but I'm gonna have to stop you from believing that the E90 resembled anything else on the road in its class when it was released in late 2005. The styling was pretty radical and I think the 330i still looks good in stock form with the 162s in 2019.
