BMW Advanced Car Eye 3.0 not showing GPS info

The issue is GPS info like speed or lat/long is not showing. On the bottom left there is only date and time, the space displaying GPS info is black (as in attachment) My camera has GPS enabled. I asked the dealer and he has no idea. I'm in Vietnam and I wonder if this function is limited by location, or because of GPS is malfunction? Thanks. Attached Images
