No idea on KM/H Conversion.

Road signs require an SLI FSC Code and Coding.

I think it should have fsc code, car is from USA but in Azerbaijan we don't have BMW maps, so KAFAS camera is works well. Any coding guides?

If by that you mean you do not need VIN Matching FSC Code, no, it is not.
