Ambient door lighting no longer flashes red when the door is open

When I bought my car, the ambient lighting on the doors flashed red when they were open. I’ve just noticed they don’t do it anymore and stay the selected colour.

I’m not sure if they’re broken or if a recent software update changed them. Is everybody else’s still flashing?

Mine still flashes red when I open the door.

I think it's only when the car is running.

Mine doesnt do it regardless if the engine is running or not. I'm wondering if the software update had changed something

Sometimes the software updates reset some of the settings, maybe it has defaulted off again? When I had .60 installed it turned a few features off that I had to turn on again
