AST lowering springs on G22 m440i

Anyone have any experience with the AST lowering springs on the G22 m440i? My local tuner suggested them, curious how others feel about ride quality, etc. I’ve always used h&r on my past bimmers so personally don’t have any experience with the AST and would appreciate any feedback

Update—-
I decided to go with H&R as they are a bit lower and I’m more familiar with them! I still retain factory EDC also which was a must for me!

You will be riding on the bumpstops everywhere, combined with 20inch wheels with thinner sidewalls your car is going to drive terribly over anything other than glassy smooth pavement

I’ve run H&R lowering springs on past BMW that I’ve owned and never felt it was that bad! Had a 650i on H&R with 21” wheels running skinny low pro and did notice a difference but it wasn’t horrible. Definitely willing to compromise some ride quality for the improvement in looks the G22 looks so good with 20s and a little drop
