Sport display in HUD issue

Got a weird issue ever since updating my M340 to 07/2020. I’m not sure if that’s or it’s related to the coding I had done previously through BimmerCode which I’m certain has been wiped anyway so I’ll have to reapply.

The sports Rev counter when set to show in Sport mode only never shows up. It doesn’t make a difference whether it’s Sport, Sport+ or individual.

I can only get it to stay there if I set it to ‘always’. Bit annoying as that takes the cruise control off the HUD in comfort.

Seems to me like some kind of bug - has anyone else seen this??

I’ve got the same problem and it’s been back to the dealer. They say it is a known issue and should be fixed on the next software update. My car is in for a free check next week and I will be asking if they have any news.

Sadly it has been like it since the Summer and an update before the OTA one, 7.2020, that came out then then. It was ok on my March software but messed up on all the ones since.

I've also had this issue since last update: 7/2020. Not a big deal but It did remind me I was still in sport mode without looking at dash or blipping the throttle.
