I ordered an M340i xDrive on January 31. Took until March sometime to go into protection then went very fast through the next few steps. Then stalled out at Ready for Transport. For 2+ weeks. Now in the seemingly eternal In Transit phase.

Sepends on yor dealer, I placed my order on 7-22 and it was in final assemble on 8-5. I think they re-worked a stock order for their inventory.

Just to almost close the loop, things got comically frustrating after I posted this. Today, April 24, my car is finally at the port in Baltimore.

So that's ordered on January 31 for a February allocation, into production very beginning of March, all done March 6, didn't get loaded onto a boat until March 30, in transit until April 24.

I ordered January 3rd for allocation Feb 2nd. In production middle of March. Still sitting on Ready for Transport since April 4th. lol
