It adds $50/month...so not the end of the world. I am leasing the M340i directly from BMW of Dallas for under $600/month with $0 down and with taxes included...see my post #39 above (My 4th lease in Dallas, previously a loaded F80 for under $1,000) |

Picked up last week:
2021 M340xi 66,005 MSRP 12% off 4K incentives/rebates ($1.5k lease credit, $500 loyalty, $1k OL code for Drive to End Hunger, "extra" year end $1K loyalty) $54,075 selling price $2840 down (tax, title, license, doc fees, first month's payment) 5 MSDs down ($3K) $555/month in MN (36/10k) Gave an extra "year end $1k loyalty" incentive, so, let the marked up money factor slide that they would not budge on (.00122)....3rd time leasing from this dealership. What kind of credit score do you guys have?
I searched for months and got NOTHING close to the deals you guys have with a FICO in the 720’s Traded in a car I was upside down about 1800 on 5k down, 2000 in incentives, payments still come out to 700 monthly (incl tax) on a 3y/30k mile lease price was 57.5k on a 59k MSRP for a 2021 model I picked up 2 weeks ago I just can’t understand how some of you are getting cars that cost more with 0down and paying more than 100 a month less

My credit score is around 820ish. In addition to discount off MSRP, be sure you work with a dealer that doesn’t mark-up the MF.. tons of dealers will offer up a decent discount off MSRP, but then screw you on the back end with a marked up MF. As long as you’re armed with knowledge of the current Lease program numbers (i.e, MF, RV, incentives), you then work off the % discount off msrp. Leasehackr.com has a lease calculator that you can then use to determine what you should be paying. |

Yeah, I'll keep this in mind when I return my current lease. I think I was blinded by several aspects, and ignorant to others, when I took on this lease. Lesson learned.

Leasehakr gives people false hope. You have people there claiming to be paying $500 for fully loaded M340's and will roast you if you pay over $600 because they are only paying 650 for an F80. I only use the calculator to get a general idea of what will be paid but the forums are full of BS

Finally I breathe a sigh of relief. Here I was, crying, because I'm paying $580 for a $51k 330i with zero down and $800 drive off (which included first month's payment) and people were paying less for M340is. Granted I'm near Chicago and discounts here weren't great. I thought I got screwed over big time because my FICO score is excellent too. $650-700/700+ sounds about right for a loaded M340i.

including NO MSD's on loaded and nearly loaded cars with 68K MSRP's 36/12 some 36/15. That makes no sense especially since the residual is not that good. I saw one person say he got a Demo car and was paying in the low 400s per month lol. |

Terrible deals these days. Shopped around 5 or 6 dealers and a broker.
The CA I normally deal with gave me an initial quote which i thought was crazy, but it ended up being the best offer out there. MSRP 61,495. 36/10 - custom order 7 MSDs Sale price after incentives 55,300 Monthly payment 649 (includes NYC sales tax of 0.08875%). Drive off: lease acq fee 925 + DMV fees 300 + 1st month payment = $1,874 Was very tempted to cheap out and get a Q50 300t, they are dirt cheap, was offered a loaded one for $419 a months, with only 1st payment due at drive off plus 9 MSDs. Why do i keep choosing BMWs? |

Good call on not cheaping out and getting the Infiniti...you would’ve regretted it and then understood why consumers choose to pay a few hundred dollars more per month to drive a beemah. |
