Looking to remove 859 Ms and install VMR V710s
I want to replace my OEM wheels with aftermarket wheels but I am concerned that the new wheels will not be flush considering the different wheel widths and offsets.
Do I need spacers, or should I buy different width wheels? My 2023 M440ix currently has 859 M wheels: Front: 8.5J × 19 Rear: 9J × 19 I want to remove them and install VMR 710 wheels: Front: 20x9 VMR V710 25mm Rear: 20x9 VMR V710 25mm |

You do not want spacers; the OE 859Ms have offsets of 35mm in front and 42mm in back. The VMR V710s have 25mm offsets all-around, pushing the outer edge of the wheel out considerably, particularly when coupled with the slightly greater width of the V710s. The outer edge of the wheel will be about 16mm further out in front and 23mm further out in back -- providing the same wider stance that spacers would.
Are you planning on running the stock sizes (245/35R-20 & 255/35R20) on the V710s?
