I just bought this item and I confirm it doesn't fit ... someone said that the F30 hooks can fit the G20 but turned out not true

Here's my cravenspeed which is still having zero sensor issues after a couple weeks on the car

My cravenspeed arrived yesterday. I was able to install and after about 5 mins or so of adjusting, was able to get it to work without triggering the sensor. I did want the plate to be a bit more front facing, so I then bought a washer and am using the larger hole to move the plate a bit more center and more front facing. This worked pretty well and no sensor issues.
The only bummer is that while I was adjusting it, the plate did lose its hold and rotated - slicing a small gash in my PPF. I’ll get it fixed, but annoying for sure. The other note is the cravenspeed uses imperial screws to fashion the plate to the holder. I ran to Home Depot to find the bolts in black, but they did have them. Going to get them from a local hardware store or amazon on Monday. |

Finally got mine installed too:
Didn't drive it around a bunch yet, but pulled in and out of a parking spot and turned on the parking sensor/cameras, and no sensor went off. I think it's safe to say this solution works on the G20 without tripping sensors. EDIT: Photo link died so had to re-upload Last edited by Pauleebe; 08-20-2019 at 12:39 PM.. |

I installed the same one yesterday. I was alittle nervous about the plate/the screw hold touching and scratching the bumper so I taped some adhesive to the back of the plate. After adjusting around, it seems to work pretty well.
However, it will throw off PDC when I am closer objects (close to the car in the front or when parking). I am not sure which part is throwing off the sensors. I noticed there is a sensor by the fog light in lower grill as well. |

I installed the CravenSpeed mount last Saturday. Initially noticed the front sensor was triggered occasionally, but I played with the mount's positioning and stopped having issues.

As an FYI, when my vehicle approaches a close item (gate at my parking lot is an example), the sensors are tripped. However, this happened prior to this bracket and is a function (or flaw?) of the car's design itself. If helpful, my bolt is installed all the way to the right side of the hole in the bracket. I haven't had any sensor issues and will report back if I do. |

Just want to update you guys...
I removed the license plate holder and removed the small padding in the back that I have placed. The padding was less than 0.5cm thick. Reinstalled everything and it's no longer tripping the PDC sensors. I think the system may be too sensitive and picking up padding for some reason. It will go off when I pull into a parking spot and if I am closer to an obj but seems the plate does make the system think that there is something closer. Overall, seems like it's working well now. |
