Reventon Carbon not responding
Hey guys, I ordered a few parts from Reventon Carbon out of Poland. They were great to deal with at first and I received my parts (excellent fit and finish) however, one of the parts was wrong and they were going to send me the correct part. Now it has been two months and they have stopped responding, and have gone completely dark on me my wife is from Poland and has lots of family there. Unfortunately, they are not close to the city where these guys are at. Does anybody have a contact at Reventon Carbon?

Dispute the charge on your credit card. Bet they’ll start responding then.

It sucks when a reputable vendor starts responding only AFTER a dispute. Happened with a vendor before. I ordered a 6SP shift knob and they sent a 7SP one. I emailed with pictures showing I got the wrong part and they went silent. Started dispute and they responded right away saying they ran out of 6SP stock.

Sebastian is one of the owners at Reventon. Had an absolute dogshit of an experience with them over a span of 6 months, always having to chase up on them after a mistake on their end - for a second purchase for my F90.
It was only until I started a dispute, is when they suddenly stopped playing possum. Overall, their bits are stellar, and I think they mean well and want to provide good service. I honestly think their version of what is acceptable (for excellent service) in terms of timeline and correcting mistakes is very different from our version/expectation (U.S.). Keep on it, and they’ll make it right. But the length of time it takes to rectify something is ridiculous. Hope this insight helps you.
