So the positives first - I like that its different. Its more striking as new and different. It has grown on me and the grill is not as big as you think.

The negatives, hardly 80% of the car shown at the 4 series concept reveal. Boot, arches and ride height really make it look different.
Possibly they meant interior is 80% of same outside like 60-70%.

Thoughts?

How are designers not taught to incorporate front plate design like they do with rear plate?! This is a FAIL.

Love the new look, fingers crossed they do the same thing with the G20 LCI.

For once I’d ask the dealer to put on a front license plate.

What bugged me with prior photos was the amount of wheel gap the G series had, this fixed that and it looks better. Grill looks big (that won't change), but at least the stance is better.

Maybe they'll sell an M-Performance grill that doesn't look like Lexus designed it!

I wouldn't call putting a giant blank void for the plate on the rear of a car incorporating it into the design.
