You may want to confirm that. Often it's not the dealer, but BMWFS that grants the rates. The dealer has basically no control over lease rates.
Yeah. It sounded kind of "unofficial" the way he brought it up. I've always understood it like you said it. Month you sign and month you take delivery. I'll reach out and confirm. I'm hoping my car will arrive end of July but it may go into early August. Hopefully the programs stay at July numbers or improve, but who knows! I thought June would be better than July due to end of quarter, but here we are.

Rates are the same each month? Same rate across the board on all models? Residual just changes each month?

EDIT: Nevermind....i read past posts. Anyone know the MF increase to tier 3?

Confirmed with my SA that you can lock the programs in any month between when you order and when you take delivery.

Pretty sure he is doing you a favor, as this has been discussed in detail many times and is unheard of.

Unless I'm misreading things, Checking this thread it seems that lock is good for 60 days (90 on west coast) and you can re lock throughout the term.

Anyone know the July BMWFS loan rates for 60 and 72 months? Last month it was 2.99 for 60 and 3.99 for 72.

Signed my deal in May, taking delivery next week.

MF went down in July. Can I get the updated MF?

Yes, this is exactly what I did. Note incentives dropped $250 from May to July, but my guess is the decent reduction in MF will outweigh the reduction in incentives.

How does this deal sound?

2020 BMW M340i xDrive, I think I checked every option except the Cooling/Tire package
MSRP: $68,070
Negotiated Price: $61,263
Money Factor: 0.00145 - 7 MSDs = 0.0011
Residual: 61%
Incentives: $1000 lease credit + $2000 loyalty = $3000 Taxed Rebates
36 Month / 10K Lease
All fees and taxes are being paid up front

Monthly Fee (according to the dealer): $592/month

10% off before incentives and buy rate for money factor, looks pretty good. I've seen a couple people get a little more discount, but just barely. What's the acquisition fee, dealer fees, and gov fees?

Based on the August 2019 Washington DC numbers, it seems as though the numbers have gotten worse for August - not sure I am calculating this 100% right though.

https://www.bmwusa.com/special-offer...gtondcbmw.html

Now shows a $1000 loyalty and $1000 lease cash, a decrease of $1000 from last month.

Residual shows 61%, same as last month.

Money Factor - this is where I'm not sure I'm calculating it right -- it should be:

MF = Monthly Payment / (Cap Cost + Residual) * Lease Term

Using the numbers provided on their website, I get a MF of 0.000181 which is significantly higher than last month's 0.000145. I might be calculating that wrong.

Can someone else verify? At the very least, it appears loyalty cash was cut in half. If thats true, I am super glad I ordered and locked in my #s in July!

Any thoughts on how yesterday's interest rate cut might influence things?

I confirmed for August, no changes for the M340i at least. In the DC area, there is still $2000 loyalty and $1000 lease cash, 0.000145 money factor and 61% residual for 36 months, 10k miles

For zip code 30004 (Atlanta area) it looks like the traditional finance credit is increased to $2500 for the M340i (from $2000), but I don't see anything about loyalty.

Does anyone have any details about loyalty for traditional finance?

Just ordered an M340i xDrive at an SF Bay Area dealer. Overall happy with the deal but I think I can improve on the MF still.

MSRP $67,345
9% dealer discount + $2500 rebates (lease + loyalty)
$5000 drive off
MF 0.00185
60% residual
36 months
12k miles per year
$690 monthly

Signed on the dotted line yesterday using May/June rates.

M340i xDrive
MF 0.00165
Residual 60%
MSRP $67,220
Discount 8% + $3500 in incentives
Added lease end protection for $1475
Zero down
36/12k
$808/month including our terrible 10% tax.
Was $768/mo without lease end protection ($699/mo without tax).
$1700 in drive off fees: first month + DMV (insane licensing fees in Seattle area)

I think this is a very reasonable price for a car of this caliber.
