Can I add factory options to a car on the lot?

So I'm returning my m235 feb 2020 as the lease is up and thinking about getting into an m340 lease. My question is, if a car is on the lot and doesn't have an option I want, can it be put on after the fact? Like I was thinking of leasing a demo car as the deal is just too good to pass up but since it is a demo car, it will probably be pretty base and I really want the park assist/driver assist feature and the hands free trunk and maybe the wireless charging.

You can probably DIY. The dealer won’t. But a demo car should be decently loaded. Not base but not fully loaded either.

Thank you for the quick response

Also to guy below, would you advise performance run flats? All seasons non run flats or all seasons run flats?
I live in an area with dry little rain by the way.

Just get a car that has the options you want. Note some of these cars comes with square setup for tires with all season tires. They suck, so make sure your car has the staggered setup.
