My biggest takeaway is they found a way to hide the ACC sensor within the design instead of having an awkward cutout as some of the renders showed.

The cutout was probably a function of preproduction needs and camo

For me, the biggest reason to keep buying BMWs was RWD, i6, manual, and they actually looked good. Now, I can't see them really offering anything distinct over Audi who arguably has better looking cars with more consistent design language at this point.

I have to agree with you at least Audi grills seem to not look so out of place, this is just a total mess.
