SiriusXM Goes Missing

I have a 2021 BMW 3 series. SiriusXM completely disappears from menu screen until I refresh it on the SiriusXM website. This fixes the disappearance but it usually disappears again within a week. It always comes back after I refresh it. I also tried restarting iDrive but doesn't help. Is something defective? Any ideas?
